Our French Mud "Birthday" Cake. Layers of chocolate butter cake, with a Chocolate Marquise in the centre and decadent chocolate ganache over the top and pre-iced with "Happy Birthday".

Half Slab - 19.5 x 27.5 x 4.5cm, serves 15 to 20 dessert size portions.
