A classic caramel slice: shortbread biscuit base, soft caramel centre and a chocolate top. Supplied as a half slab (19.5 x 27 x 3.5 cm, approximately 1.5 kg), pre-cut into 14 pieces and easily portioned smaller for platters, high tea and counter sale.
Supplied frozen and pre-cut. Allow time to thaw before serving.
